Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
How to return
Email [email protected] with your name, order details, and the reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue your refund within 14 days by the method agreed with you. Because orders are paid in cash on delivery, refunds are made by bank transfer or another method we confirm with you.
Return shipping
If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is paid by you.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
