United States
1. What we use
- Strictly necessary — consent storage (
df_cookie_consent, up to 12 months) and, where a promotion uses one, an offer timer (df_countdown_end, up to 24 hours). The site does not work as intended without these. - Analytics — to count visits and see which pages are used. Used only if you accept.
- Advertising — Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags, used only if you accept, to measure ads and build audiences.
2. Your choices
The banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies. Refusing them does not block an order. You can also block cookies in your browser. We do not sell personal information. Advertising cookies are a "share" for cross-context advertising under laws such as the California CCPA/CPRA; refusing the banner is how you opt out.
3. Browser controls
European Union, EEA, and United Kingdom
1. Consent
Under the ePrivacy rules and the GDPR / UK GDPR, strictly necessary cookies do not need consent. Analytics and advertising cookies are stored or read only after you opt in on the banner. The banner does not use pre-ticked boxes. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the consent cookie and choosing again, or by emailing info@instantgadgetshop.com.
2. Providers
If you consent, Meta and Google may receive cookie identifiers and page data and may process them in the United States. Their notices are at facebook.com/privacy/policy and policies.google.com/privacy. Transfers outside the EEA or the UK use an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
3. Your rights
Cookie data is personal data when it identifies you. The access, erasure, and objection rights in our Privacy Policy apply. You may complain to your supervisory authority or to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
