When you place or discuss an order we collect identifiers and commercial information: name, phone number, delivery address, order details, and messages you send us. 2. How we use it

• to take, confirm, and deliver your order, including cash on delivery
• to provide customer service, returns, and warranty support
• to keep records required for tax, accounting, and fraud prevention
• to understand site traffic and, only where you allow it, to measure ads

3. Sharing

We share information with couriers, payment or cash-collection partners, hosting and IT providers, and — if you accept marketing cookies — advertising and analytics providers. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you opt in through the cookie banner. You can opt out at any time by rejecting non-essential cookies or emailing us.

4. Your US privacy rights

5. Retention and security

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and no longer than needed for customer service and fraud prevention. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is perfectly secure.

We process your name, phone number, and delivery address to perform the sales contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / UK GDPR). We process order records to meet legal duties such as tax and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c)). Technical security logs rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe (Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and the ePrivacy rules).

2. Recipients and transfers

Couriers, IT hosts, and — with consent — analytics or ad platforms may receive your data. Because the business is established in the United States, some processing takes place outside the EEA and the UK. Those transfers use an adequacy decision where one exists, or Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures where required.

3. Retention

Order data is kept for the period required by tax law, generally up to 10 years. Navigation logs are kept for up to 12 months. Consent records are kept for as long as needed to show what you chose.

4. Your European rights

You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, or with the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are in the United Kingdom.
